Article by curator/art historian Madeleine Deschamps on the series Primates first exhibited at the Marcuse Pfeifer Gallery in New York in 1985. Video featuring the colour photographic work of Canadian artist Scott MacLeay produced as a pedagogical tool by photographer and professor Jim Labounty for the Composition and Design Class of the Continuing Education Photography Program at Langara College, Vancouver B.C., Canada. MacLeay began his career in photography in the mid-1970s before moving to Paris in 1979 and later to Florianópolis, Brazil in 2010.
